Look out world, here I come

I set up a Twitter account today. What is this the apocalypse...the end of the world as we know it?  Me??? A Twitter account?  You can't be serious.  This is the girl who has sworn off all technological advances.  The girl who fought the invention of the DVD as if it were kryptonite itself.  The girl who has refused to get an internet capable phone, Ipod, Ipad, I...(I'm sure there must be other I's out there and those have all been shunned too).  So why have I done such a crazy thing?  Something so uncharacteristic of myself?  For my passion!  My business! For AutumnAndAmber.

Never have I wanted something to succeed so badly before in my life.  I am finally doing something that I absolutely love and I really need to make it work for the sake of my sanity.  Of course I still have to work my day job.  But on any given day you will find me sneaking off into corners to knit.  I wake up at 4:00AM to check my shop stats.  I live, breathe, and dream AutumnAndAmber.

So yes, I am now an official member of society - Twitter account and all.

    Congratulations! I am a techno foot dragger myself! I only got a cell phone when forced and all it does is make phone calls..no pictures or internet (at least I don't THINK so! LOL) Your pieces look lovely. Congratulations also on jumping in on your dream. Good luck!
